Light user with an upcoming test

Hey all,

So I've read the forum and basically I feel like I should be ok (or at least I hope so!). I smoked about 2 weeks ago last (for the first time in months) and took one drag about a week ago. I've been drinking cranberry juice, green tea and water since yesterday and my test is tomorrow.

I would LIKE to follow the dilution guidelines but I'm allergic to aspirin. Does anyone have any thoughts on how important the Creatinine would be if I'm drinking a bunch and diluting anyhow (I take vitamins daily so my pee should have some color).

Also, I'm at a slight disadvantage since I'm a little chubby (5'4, 170-something pounds) and not very active. My metabolism is pretty crappy.

Anyone got any ideas/experience on how these factors might impact me negatively, or do you think since I'm such a light smoker I should be ok?

You should be fine. But just to put your mind at ease I would get a home drug test at walmart or walgreens for about $15. I just took one myself because I also have a test tomorrow. I passed and I smoked only 1 week ago and was smoking daily before that. I am going with the substitution method because I have done it twice before. If you are going to get a pre-employment test I would go that route just to be sure. If you dillute, that should be ok too and I have had success with that method one time as well. I wish you the best of luck tomorrow and it would be great if you could get on and post your story about how it ended up working out or not, as people do not often say how it went. if you drink a good amount of water the few days before the test you will be fine dont even mess with it the day of the test give them a nice yellow sample

i got a test on either tuesday or wednesday. i kind of want to take it on tuesday so that i can smoke on wednesday maybe. or do you guys think i should wait the extra day?

p.s. please try to answer my question in my thread. no one covered it yet and i would like to hear some opinions on my last post in the thread.

Thanks gregdogg. I took a home test and it came out pretty clearly negative so I'm pretty sure I'm in the clear to pee nice and yellow.

Incidentally, the home test I got also came with a urine adulteration test strip. Which is a good way to do a test run and check if you're following all the dilution methods properly.
