One bad night

last night my friends and i were going to celebrate my 21st birthday by going down to his lake house and getting all fucked up. we started at one persons house drinking and then ate a huge thing of brownies. after that started kicking in we smoked some incredible bud from amsterdam. then we headed out to the lake house but not before a stop in branson for some food on the way there. well sure enough a fucking cop stops us for one of my headlights being out and we have a 1/4 on us and just finished smoking a joint so the car reeks of it. well he finds it and the bowl and tells me he is going to take me to jail which scared the piss out of me cause i just went about 2 months ago for the same thing but in texas. thankfully though the girls in the car put on a sad face and he just let us go with a ticket for paraphernalia. now the only problem is if i have court on monday in texas, can they see that i got a ticket for paraphernalia in missouri? i need to know if i have to tell the court that i got ticketed here or if i can just pretend it didnt happen down there. any information would be helpful. thanks.

oOoh that sucks.. ive been busted fer the past 2 years on my birfday. well.. about the ticket.. n my state a ticket doesnt show up on criminal history but fuck if i know im high n im just tryin to b helpful
