diluton test questions

So I'm going to use the dilution method and I have a question about the creatine. Does it matter whether I use Dicreatine Malate or Creatine Monohydrate? Will either of those be sufficient or should I look for another compound?

i googled around a little and i found the Dicreatine Malate way down on the list of supplements.

The description of Creatine Monohydrate was at the top of the list, stating it's cheap and effective. They only critiqued the first 6 or so on the list, so it didn't say anything about the Dicreatine Malate.

I guess I would go with the Creatine Monohydrate, since its used most often.
