    Need help on Flowering

So this is my first attempt to grow. Ive been using a homeade hydroponic setup with 15 gallon rubbermaid tubs, and 3 plants per tub ( 4 tubs ). I have 2 48" FL Tubes, and also 2CFL Lights per tub. The plants are a little over a month old, and about 2FT+, and VERY BUSHY. My question is can I flower now? Also, if I were to flower now for 12 weeks ( 3 mos ), what would be a ballpark estimate on yield I could expect per plant?

Im using Dyna-Gro formula for Veg growth, and will be Using Dyna-Gro BLOOM formula for flowering.

    Thanks so much

Just throw 'em into flowering, and see what happens. Unless you know whether your strain is indica or sativa dominant. Indicas can range from 6weeks to 9 week finishing time. sativas 9-14 weeks sometimes. just be patient. don't get antsy thinking about what you think it will produce, and focus more on learning more and evolving your grow room. You control the environment indoors, therefore you should be taking note how much light, heat, airflow, nutes, res temps, relative humidity, and whatnot just to make things better. Better environment, better buds.

Sorry about the rant. Many bong rips this afternoon.

Your success will also depend a lot on the kind of light you use. If they are 2 ft tall right now, they will be 4 or 5 ft tall when they are finished. They lights you are now using will not penetrate down anywhere that far. My recommendation is to use HPS lights rather than CFL

unless you can add some side lighting, that might help in a pinch for the penetration part

I switched my solution to Dyna Bloom, and changed my lighting timer to 12/12. I also added CFLs to light up the bottom half of the plants.

So how many CFL's you got right now? Did you add them to the sides to get good penetration?

Yes, I have 2 48" Fluro tubes, 1 CFL on top of each plant, and 1 cf on each side of the bottom plant.. I also added red led panels to add red spectrum

what kind of bulbs are you using? I mean are they rated as Daylight, Soft light, Cool light, etc or better yet what color temp. Daylight is around 6500k on the temp scale and is great for vegging but not so much for flower, that is why I asked
