that is incorrect, cannabis requires a wet/dry cycle... keeping the soil moist at all times will prevent the roots from being able to get oxygen and also potentially cause root rot.

the roots also grow the most when the soil is dry.

Well i just started to germinate 3 more seeds today early this morning, but thats only a little addition to what i have in total. roughly saying around 16 and now 3 in germ for today.
