With 2 plants a 400 hps should work good or you could use T5's.
Are they in planters now?
When you go to put them in flower you'll need to cover the windows so you can switch to 12/12 cycle.

So I need some help finding a light that will accomodate my plants needs. Now the triky part about this is there is a sunroom in the shed. its not too big but does let a decent amount of light in. And it does not open. So MY real question is what kinda light will be right for me. Additional info: The shed is not insulated but holds heat very well.
