2nd Update - 1st LST Attempt

Hello, its been about a month since I updated my LST.

I am noticing that bugs are chomping on some of my leaves, Is it too early to appy NEEm oil on, if not What is the best way to apply it?

That seedling needs some TLC, its good weed, I must save it!!!!

Your stems seem thin. Are they outside? If not get a fan on them now? fROM What i see thats the first thing id do. You might want to put more soil in to cover some of the stalk up about half way up. This way roots will shoot out from the leaf sites. Get the stalk bigger and the plant will become stronger.
I know it sounds like starting all over, but the plants to weak to hold weight. That means buds. Also, after more soil is added the thing will take off. Fan too!
