there is currently no evidence that supports the theory that different kinds of music make plants respond better or worse. I think you got lucky with the plant that did better. I dont think it had anything to do with what kind of music you played at all.

Now with that being said. If it works for you, go for it :thumbsup: try playing the babies some jazz, maybe they'll get a little more funky :jointsmile:

Several experiments have been done and the results show that plants tend to lean towards "positive" music like instrumental string based and lean away from music such as rock and rap. Another experiment was done with growing with a control and two variables. The variable A was music played for about 4 hours a day with classical music....variable B with Rock music. In conclusion....Variable A had the best growth...then control...then Variable B. Just Rating: 5
