BTW,
They are about 4 weeks into flower.

Thank you for being here.:clap::clap::clap:
I am currently working through a similar problem. I see these same spots and also some crazy leaf curl (like this, but not all over: http://boards.cannabis.com/plant-pro...athery.html)at about 3 - 4 weeks into flower. I also see some of the smaller bud leaves curl down like a ram's horn or upside down canoe.

I also see older mid-level fan leaves turning bronze/purple/golden.

I don't have an sure answer for you, but I believe the issue is related to soil pH and/or nutrient buildup in the soil. I've taken to adding garden lime to my soil, and flushing every 3 - 4 weeks. This is reducing the severity of these symptoms. My flush was weak: only a gallon of water with FLouraClear in a 12" pot. My Lime dose was moderate: 2 TBSP pulverized garden lime per gallon of soil. I think if I do a 'proper' flush with 3 gallons of water in a 12" pot and maybe some more lime to help stabilize the pH....I may yet beat this problem!

Hope this helps.
