Hard to say. I've been making it for over a year now, & my stuff is pretty consistent, but still, every batch is a little different, and even taking the same amount of the same batch can have quite different effects at different times.

I guess the amateur scientist thing to do would be to make another batch as normal & let it sit (but covered to minimize evaporation), then possibly add a bit more alcohol to make up the same volume as your usual yield, & see if that is noticeably stronger.

Better: finish the process, then put half the strained plant matter & half the tincture back in the cooling water bath overnight or whatever, covered, extra alc added if necessary to make the 1/2 batches of equal volume, & then compare 'em.

Please post results (good bad or indifferent) if you try this. I may try it myself next time I do a large batch.

What's your yield from an ounce? I would get (or at least be aiming for) 7 oz finished tincture.
