how long til im clean?

i was completely clean for about a month before saturday night... I took 3 hits before bed

if it helps im 5'9 185, pretty muscular im in the gym 5 days a week. i also run atleast 9 miles a week but usually more probably 12-15 in the past 2 weeks

so what kind of time frame am i lookin at for those who have knowledge on the subject
