That law only effects people with a medical marijuana card. Since you on the other hand, do not have a card, you MAY be charged a felony charge or a misdemeanor. But Luckily you are in CA, and the cops here arnt that bad. I recently got pulled over for smoking ON SCHOOL grounds.The cops were cool about it and were going to let me go but i was on school grounds in the parking lot. But when i went to court, that shit got dismissed. So there was no court. They said the District Attorney dismissed the case. Lukily after that, i decided to get a medical marijuana card, and now i have nothing to worry about.:rastasmoke:

Lets say I'm smoking in a car not near a school. The car is not mine, and the marijuana is not mine. We get stopped. What can happen to me? What can happen to the driver?
