Nope that is what normal urine looks like in a person who is well hydrated. I would test myself the day of the test to see if I was clean, and if not then use your synthetic, just make sure you get the temp right and your all good.

I know for me I didn't test negative until day 60, and I used my first morning urine after working out the day before.
