Are HPS lights the only way to go during flowering?

they will both work prob best is hps better color spectrum for budding

MH lights can be used for flowering but the outcome will be airy fluffy buds, which you don't want. HPS is better for flowering as it's spectrum is more fitting for flowering and will give you the nice bud (so long as genetics is good).
