DOOR WIDE OPEN HELP!!!!

YEAH GUYS I HAVE A GROW BOX I MADE ITS 3.5 SQUARE FEET AND I HAVE 4 plants in 3gal POTS AND 8 26w (6500k) CFLS AND A SMALL ONE SPEED FAN AND WHEN I CLOSE THE DOOR IT REACHES 100f degrees SO I KEEP THE DOOR OPEN IT REACHES 80f degrees MY QUESTION IS AM I LOOSING LIGHT THAT WAY OR WILL THEY BE FINE LIGHT WHEN DOOR IS OPEN LIGHTS UP THE WHOLE ROOM THE BOX IS IN ROOM SIZE IS 12 feet by 16 feet........

Get some 12 volt power adapters, and some computer fans, have them sucking the hot air out of the top.

cut intake holes at the bottom, twice the size of the fan holes up top.

gotta cover the holes when lights are out though. light leaks will lead to a series of problems.

keep it simple... take the top off the cab, and have a box fan blow in from the bottom
that will keep the temp just a couple of degrees over room temp

check out the home improvement stores they carry inline duct fans that are really easy to wire up to a plug and timer. cheap fix. I have to open my box :jointsmile: during the light phase to help with heat, but I have 60k lumens in a small box. I am sure you lose a bit of light but its a quick fix depending on your location.
