Find the "pregnancy" and/or "morning sickness" categories and read. LOTS of studies on that topic. Get her a vaporizer- much easier on her health (there's studies on that too in my list).

B vitamins (especially B-6) before bedtime help some gals. Get her some regular prenatal vitamins, too.
