Red Diesel, Super Lemon Haze, Blue Cheese log

Even though my first grow isn't complete yet I've just planted my second grow...

I've started one each of: Barney's Red Diesel, Greenhouse Super Lemon Haze and Big Buddha's Blue Cheese. They're all feminized, and I know that's no guaranty, but I've got my fingers crossed... and some basil and oregano too.

My current set up is on the second floor of my house and it got up to 100 degrees yesterday while it was only about 80 outside.

Tomorrow I'm going to clear out and set up a a small room in my basement which should have much better temps, and better light tightness. I'll have about 6'x3'x8' (LxWxH) to let them go crazy.

I've got them started in peat moss pucks, and they'll eventually be going into 5 gallon buckets this time, rather than the 1.5 gallons that my current grow is in, hoping to let them get nice and big. I picked up some Happy Frog soil to make them happy. I also plan on picking up a second 150w HPS soon... (and if you haven't had the Dale's Pale Ale pictured in the background you should, it's awesome).

    Here goes nothing.

*pulls seat next to headshake, lites a spilff, passes it* im here too. I've been wondering about the RED D. but B.B.B.C is one i have been told that its some potent shit. had a chance to smoke her once but i passed it up for some Hawiian Haze. My Fault. but you got some good genetics. But With all that room you have working with i dont think your little ones(when they sprout) will be disopointed ecspecialy your SLH. WOO!

warf, you have some serious strains on your hands, and I know they'll be all over your hands in a couple of months - sticky sticky. I'm all about those peat pellets for seedlings; they work perfectly for me.

I can't wait to see some lil' green caps poppin' through the top of that peat! Good luck, and I'll be seein' you around here through choppy chop and smoke report.

Not much to report yet. Only the Red Diesel has sprouted so far. It's been a bit chilly around here lately, no really warm places in the house at the moment. Even though the haven't sprouted yet I decided to relocate them into little pots (keeping them in the peat of course). They're now in their peat moss pucks in pots filled with 75/25 Happy Frog/Perlite under two 23w CFL floods until they get going a bit. Still got my fingers crossed on those other two seeds. Hopefully a bit more warmth will help.

Hard to see, but the RD is the one in the middle:

Happy to say that the Super Lemon Haze popped its head up while I was at work. Still waiting on the Blue Cheese. The RD is about 2 1/2" and working on some proper serrated leaves. The RD was the one that I was the most excited about trying (for what reason I'm not exactly sure, but it was) followed by the SLH, so I'm glad that they are starting to roll. The BC, while interesting, was a bit of an afterthought for me, which is why I only bought the one feminized seed... rather then spending an extra $8 or whatever for a backup. Oh well, updates and more pics forthcoming when there's interesting things to share.
