Sorry to read about the fall, Shake; but, I'm glad to read the damage wasn't too severe. As creative as you've been with cardboard, I know you'd have it covered in a real wood wardrobe.

jakezking Reviewed by jakezking on 05-28-2009. vote headshake king of cardboard! what's good everyone? i've been slacking in my duties of keeping my grow logs going. as some of you know, i have constructed a new "frank", although that's not the new ones name. a name actually hasn't been given yet. anyhow, here is what's going down at the moment. there are six various dank seeds that have taken up residence in the new box. they are all ~21 (give or take, not including the pot). the reside in 3 gallon pots. they stretched for some reason during veg. i guess i Rating: 5

thanks jakez! i have remedied the situation by running the rope around the bar that braces the top of the box. i don't know why i didn't think of that before. silly me!

well, it's that cheap compressed crap, but it's huge. and it has a tall section on one side, like three or four shelves on the other with a long shelf across the top.

Yeah i kinda noticed that it seems not many really read posts they are just looking for the porn lol. I read pretty much every word of most people's logs on here but i'm starting to think i'm just obsessed with growing and want to learn every thing i can about it. Thought i was going to go crazy when the forums went down. no reading to kill time.

So make any choices on what strains your gunna buy and where your going to buy from?

oh and btw had a friend buy from bc bud depot he bought the original blueberry feminized spent 125 bucks on 12 seeds he had 4 of them in flower right now 2 wound up male. man if that had happened to me id be so pissed.

ahh! nothing like a cardboard box and cfls! cfls produce prettier bud IMO and the density is nothing to be ashamed of!

i'm the same way quarter! i read as much as i can, but i'm only borderline obsessed. i almost went mad too when the boards were down. lol.

i was thinking of going with attitude. i just keep hearing good things. i thinkg i narrowed it down to blue venom, super lemon haze and maybe kings kush and og kush. well that's i narrowed it down to. i might just get a combination of two of them.

i might also get an AF strain or two (as they have single seeds) just to check them out. and get a little bit of meds quicker too.

yeah, i'm over it already tik! lol. i'm ready for about a 4' x 4' area (maybe a tad bigger) with at least a 600W HPS and a a harvest of a different strain every two weeks with a room full of mums to pick from! just a man and a dream!

since you are such a good sport be, here ya go. i know it's not much, but there is not a whole lot to show at the moment. the flowers are just now really starting to thicken up.

any idea why the things are so damn green? too much N? i am only running my nutes at 1/2 strength every feeding for a full dose.

Shake, the plants look great. They look like they may be some type of blue/purple strain almost, as dark as the leaves are getting. They look pretty darn healthy to me, but I'm not good at diagnosing problems. In fact, I think I have "Reefer Madness" as all weed looks pretty sweet to me.
