Universal Recognition
Since medical marijuana is legal now in several states, the states should recognize the rights of a patient in all MMJ states. If you are visiting or residing temporarily in one state that has medical marijuana, you shouldn't have to join or register with that state, if you are legal in your home state. Problem is, there is no compact between or all mmj state's just agreeing to recognizing one state's authorization under the originator state's requirements . What is good in one state should be good in another.
