Hi Everyone!:hippy:
I am really excited to find your forum. I am a service-connected disabled veteran, who has been recovering the last five years from a traumatic brain injury and a chronic pain problem. It has not been a pleasant journey for me and I am struggling to find people, if you can believe it or not, who won't feed me a line of cramp and try to hustle me as I try to get a personal garden going.
Cannabis has been the only relief for my seizures, my Tourette's like ticks and my constant pain at levels 8, 9, 10 and higher. Before I opted for cannabis as my medicine, the doctors had me on fourteen pills a day spread out over five different times a day. It was crazy and the side effects. I told them, "Enough." I pulled myself off of them and I have been a manageable patient for now two solid years on cannabis and I don't care if my VA doctors have a problem with cannabis. It is saving my life right now.
I don't know folks who I can trust or who has seasoned experience gardening and such. I have been cheated and I am with a garden that I paid $1000 to get off of the ground back in March on a fixed military disability check; the garden room is a closed-in closet room (4â?? x 9â?? x 7.5â?? tall) that I now donâ??t think was ventilated properly with only a single fan with a vent at the bottom right corner and thatâ??s it; no fart fan or anything. The 12 girls are in commercial soil pots being watered with Miracle Grow, which I question whether that was the right nutrients alone and I question the number of girls for the space. I think my ph tester sucks and it isnâ??t giving me the right readings, so I need help from the community on what ph tester to buy. The room got to temps of 80 F and they were doing great during vegetation; then, my gardening coach, sort of speak, came over and bent the stems over and told me to keep the fan blowing on them, mainly the stems. Over the next week when I went 12/12 and not as consistently as I should have because I had timer problems, so now all the vegetation on the lower stems died and the leaves were dying forcing me to cut back sucker leaves.
Now, under his advisement to go 12/12 with stale hot air blowing on them, my girls are soooo stressed and there is only two that started to bud; all the rest are stagnanet, hardly any hairs and the flowering areas near the stem look not so good. When I tried to contact the person who set up my garden for me, he is playing games because I did not want a personal relationship with him. I didn't pay for a relationship; you know what I mean. I am in no position to have an intimate relationship with anyone. I am a mess physically and emotionally; so, please would you be so kind as to help me, wise gardeners? My girls were supposed to be harvested on June 15th, but there is no way. As it is right now, I am screwed, so there you go.
I do not know if I was supposed to introduce myself like this with help request right out of the gate, so I apologize if I broke the rules; but, I am really worried that I am out of luck with this group of plants. Is there things that I can do to save my plants when they have been improperly 12/12 and the ventilation has not been good? I have a fart fan being put in tomorrow with circulating air by end of day. Can a plant go back to vegetation for a while and then be brought back to budding? I think I need someone to take a look at some pics. Does the forum help in that regard?
I would most appreciate your commitment and support. I have had a hell of a time getting back on my feet since serving my country and I could really use a helping hand figuring some things out. Again, thank you for keeping a forum like this one successfully available. I look forward to future chats. Take care and peace, out.
