What the hell do you guys smoke?

Well, you got most of it right, except that "chronic" is used in both senses (both good weed and weed laced with coke or crack), but the good weed sense seems to be more common. But ultimately what defines the definition of a word, especially a slang word, is the people who use it, and often different groups of people use the same word differently and there's no way to say who's right and who's wrong.

P.S. I personally love the taste of resin but I think I'm alone on that.

here in southern ireland (the republic) we get the same as that belfast chap, pollen and 00 (laced), good bud, however, is quite rare because not many people grow their own.
high quailty stuff is easy to get if u know the right people, but the country is swamped with crap soapbar and brickweed. for many years all i could get was shit until i met an old man who lived in a cottage (i live in the countryside) who happened to import black hash and oil, that changed my life forever lol

to clear up confusion, the femal plant grows up, gets buds, and secrets crystals and shit, its not actually pollen, only males have pollen, and it doesnt do shit, chronic is NOT good weed, its weed laced with coke or crack, hash is NOT another name for cannabis, resin is the black stuff in your pipe and yes we smoke resin here, but we tend to think it tastes like shit

i can tell yeh now that pollen does do shit, the crystals you're referring to are the crystals of sap that get turned into reisen (not the gak that you think i'm on about. here's a pic of what im talkin about.

now and then i get to partake,had a few kinds,black gooey shit from amsterdam several UK batches is only way to describe it all was different yet the same just made by different folks with different weed i guess.some better than others and so far all ive had had been good from there.
none was soapbar,some was lighter colored,or softer or whatever.most taisted like 1977,(to you older folks here in usa,)
some would kick my ass with a lil toke,
in usa when u say "resin "
is what most people call that tar shit in ya pipe ya clean out or gak shit as they said,ive a pal or two who will scrape all day on a pipe for one toke,
its dreadfull taisting shit if you ever toked a dirty pipe and got that crud on ya lip from it

Yup..I reckon that a tasty bowl of hash to wake and bake on..is wonderful ! Thanx to a good,kind and generous feller..I know what that's like !

I'm hoping to be able to make some of my own bubble hash and regular hash, this year..so I can return the favor !

Yup..I sure do miss the 70's,and am hoping to git ahold of some beans that will bring back those memories.." I'm just an old hippie..and I don't know what to do-should I hang onto the old..or grab onto the new ?"
