On another note, if you are growing from seed, you should start small on the pots and work your way up to bigger ones on the way up to flowering. I would recommend being in a 5 gal. pot by the time your in flower. The more room for roots, the better the yield (including other factors of course).

1 plant per pot - 36 plants in 36 1 gallon pots
2 plants per pot - 40 plants in 20 3 gallon pots
3 plants per pot - 48 plants in 16 3 gallon pots
Also, that is a LOT of pots in a 4X4 (16 sq ft.) space I'm thinking maybe it might be overcrowded and create problems. That's just me though!
