They will not grow. The alcohol killed them quite thoroughly. Also they are likely fiber hemp seeds with zero THC. Fiber hemp can be grown in most civilized countries.

Looks like you bombed out on this one. The only good thing- since the seeds are "sterile" (unable to grow) they are legal.

If you liked the flavor of hemp seed vodka, hemp seed is available at many health food stores- it really is quite good for you!
