Hello all, so I had to take a 2 year break from having a setup due to living in an apt and I'm back in a house and ready to grow. I don't have pics of my setup yet, I'm waiting on the paint to dry to attach my light fixtures. I won't be worrying about a carbon filter for smell because its in my laundry room in the basement and no one but me and my roommate go in there.

So here is what I have 2 30gal Rubbermaid tubs,
6 26W 1750 lumen GE cfl's,
2- 3 light strips, a 15" fan on top(pulling air out) and 2 pc fans on the sides ( one pulling air in across the light, the other pulling air out on the opposite side), 2 4" pvc elbow joints on the bottom for passive intake.
I've decided to paint the inside white instead of using foil (no reason just to try).

Right now I have 6 seeds germing, but I've kind of forgot some basics. So I'm asking for some help. Whats the max plants I can safely fit? Whats the best potting soil to start with? Do I need to mix Perlite with it if so what mixture? Any idea's or criticism will be great to help me hone in on a good grow.
