Ok, first CO2 yes does help your plants. Second that yeast and sugar method only works well with large amounts. A 2 liter bottle will not work. Also yes you can grow marvelous crops without enhanced CO2. There are also many other methods for CO2. For instance, if you like wine or beer, you could brew your own and use the CO2 from the brew for your grow. That way you could have the best of both worlds. "B&B"; Beer and Buds. Who can complain with that right?! Also, dry ice produces CO2, but I wouldn't recommend that. On another note, if you do plan on using a CO2 tank, be sure to know the levels of CO2 being emitted into your grow room (know your PPM!!!!) because too much can be toxic for yourself and could kill you. So, with that being said, I wouldn't incorporate any type of CO2 unless you know what your doing, not just think you know!

i have herd the best way to add additional co2 without all the hassle of co2 tanks yeast/sugar methods ect is to simply mist them with bubbly water such as soda water

Plus more than likely will cause problems with the bubbles and the lighting on the misted plants. Higher humidity and possible spotting from the carbonation of the water.....Then again I could be wrong

Yes Co2 helps plants in veg stage, however, you need HID bulbs to get it to work best and if you have strong circulation, it will just be sucked up and blown out your vent system.

It is quite common to grow without this. It is not needed to get your plants producing their ideal genetic potential.
