Is it possible to wire a panasonic whisperlite so that it plugs into a wall outlet?

The panasonic whisperlite doesn't look like it comes with a wire that plugs into an outlet it says the it "must be hardwired to a powersource".
Im really bad at mechanical stuff so ill most likely just pay an electrician to do it. What do you guys think? How do you do it, it is even possible? Easy or hard?

    got a model number?

if you have the box and everything, there should be a wiring diagram. also, it will tell you the input (voltage/current).

without the model number or proper information it would be bad advice to tell you anything.

I have worked with electricity for 30 years. If you are unsure of how it wires and where it wires then I would let someone who knows do it. You could put a wire with a plug on it but like headshake said you need to know what kind to use.

I just googled it. That would be an easy one to wire in the dark for me but if electric is not your thing then I would seek help. If I could see all your stuff and where you want to put it and what it would be wired to. I might as well come over and do it for a bigbud. LOL

Electricity follows the path of least resistance and you are one of those paths be careful.
