thank alot but it is three dimensional its 4ft tall and 21" wide all around

IS THIS ENOUGH LIGHT i have a 21" wide by 4ft tall cab i made. will 10 26 watt(6500k) cfls (16000 lumens)be enough light for 4 plants in 3gal square buckets im using ffof for soil and how many (2600k) will i need to flower for that space sorry no pics...and is this the best soil i can buy?
