need advice

Hi! I'm new here so bear with me. I have been smoking for 15 years now. I got pulled for a drug test on friday. My boss got it postponed until Wed. I don't really smoke that much, maybe 1 joint/day if that. I am 5'1" 100lbs. What is the best way to pass my test. I am torn between subbing and trying to flush myself out. I haven't smoked since thurs night. I seriosly doubt I would be able to drink a gallon of water without exploding. I could really use some advice. Thanks!!!!

Where do we ever tell people to drink a gallon of water. It's sports drinks and not nearly that volume.

You need to read the dilution and substitution stickys then decide on substitution.
