Starting hidro and selling to clubs

I would like to know where I could get that machine that speeds up growth is all for hidroponic. I am righting a business plan and I need an idea how much it is to get licencesed to dirtribute legaly and eventually open up several stores. Do you need a licence to cell to the stores and is it for the whole Sate of CA or does it go by county. Anyone also I will be hiring a specialist so if anyone is interested? I am going everything legally so taxes will be paid. If any one knows the costs of licenses and I dont mean the doctor patient ones. I am also hiring for a hydro specialist. No offense but sounds sketchy, Your profile says stockbroker but your spelling mistakes say otherwise.

You can get advice on how to get your license and costs but don't use the website to look for growers, specialists, or any other forms of manpower.
