Do most Indicas put you to sleep?

WORD. i don't like to fall asleep after smoking. can't help it though. I feel unproductive! Can someone ask those guys from http://medicalmarijuanabootcamp.com about Sativa??

Cannabis has a reverse effect on me because I medicate for ADD. High Grade Indicas perk me up and increase my awareness. It is a good daytime medicine as to where Sativa puts me to sleep.

Doesn't matter if it is an indica, sativa, or hybrid, ALL cannabis keeps me awake oddly enough. Not that I can't sleep if I really want to but none of the varieties make me sleepy. Personally, I think thats pretty cool.

Well I would like to meet the fibber who claimed AK 48 give anybody a Sativa type high. That stuff dont even put a person to sleep it just makes them feel so crappy and dizzy they have to go lay down to prevent vertigo puking. This be with all kinds of crazy and disjointed thoughts racing through your head. Got some Barney Farms Amnesia Lemon in the pipeline on which high hopes are riding. Read some evaluations on it and some claim it makes you feel happy and set you off laughing. Can't wait to see if it works out well. Thanks to whoever gave out the tips on the other strains to try.

What a coincidence - I have some AK48 and that shit is about as indica as indica could be.

It is a creeper that comes on slow and lasts for hours; strong buzz for sure but not the euphoric heady high that a good sativa will give you.

Now, I've also had the AK47 (Serious Seed) and that was definitely a heady sativa dominant strain that hinted of baby powder when you burned it.

However, the AK48 is a medical-grade, narcotic, sleeping time buzz. It's also a bit disorienting and nothing that I will smoke at work again. :smokin:

Indicas are more of a body, relaxed high and sativas are more of a heady, happy high.

But then you have hybrids and that changes everything! You can have a little of both worlds in the same bud!

If you are looking for something for pain or want to sleep better....go with a nice Indica...

If you are looking to forget the days worries and laugh with your friends, then a good Sativa is what you need! :jointsmile:

sometimes the hybrids are too much for me. the high hits you from all angles and its almost too much.

LOL - Yeah, I guess that it is all in what you are looking for.

I don't mind a heavy-duty, lethargic buzz if I just plan to chill and eat Cheetos all night long.:eat:

However, I generally prefer a soaring, trippy head-high...

I use indicas for pain and to help fall asleep. If im having a bad day and need cheering up ill use a hybrid or a sativa.

I have yet to use a strain that didnt give me munchies.

Yes alot of people get very uncomfortable with strong sativas. The heart race and uncontroled thoughts freak alot of people out.

In my experience the sativas, or high % sativas, are much stronger than indicas.
