I'm a bit confused about the 125w Red light and two 30w blue light thing. I see 2 CFLs which are presumably 23w, is that what you are referring to as the "blue lights"? It seems quite unlikely that a plant that small with that much soil relative to its size needs to be watered more than a couple of times a week.

The grow is running off 1*125W red light and two little 30w blue lights running 18hours on and 6 off. Any ideas as what the problem is here?
