high bro, all you need to do is build your self a DWC bucket and watch your plants
explode! keep in mind that hydro requires the grower to pay closer attention to
his plants for if even one variable in your environment goes bad and you don't
notice it right away, you can lose a whole crop in a matter of hours.

that being said, a DWC bucket is easy as hell to build very inexpensively plus,
there really isn't that much that can fail as there are no moving parts, just a
single air-pump to oxygenate the res, that's it.

you'll also need to pay closer attention to your ph and your nute levels although
with experience, you will learn to read your plants and know when they are hungry
just by lookin', the meters will just prove it.

anyway, if you look in my sig you will see my imaginary garden, that is the tale
of my journey from total hydro noob to 1/4lb per bin (i harvested 1 bin every
2 weeks until i went back to the dirt ala DrBud).

you should also do a search for DWC here as there are many excellent threads
devoted to DWC growing, with lots of info to help you do it too.

btw, here's a couple pics of my final bins (prototype #3), heavy duty black
plastic so light proof from jump street and with a capacity of 27 quarts.

1) prototype #2 (note the taped up coke bottles, lol)
2) prototype #3, the final solution (available at Lowes for $9.99 each)
3) early root porn
4) a few week in
