I have a very open ongoing dialogue with my local assemblyman. His biggest concern with legalization is law enforcement worries. Once I found that out, I hit him with L.E.A.P. I also send him scientific journals and patient testimonials to back up my opinions. If we all follow this model our time will come sooner than later!
