With 872,000 "casualties" of this war in 2007 alone, almost 90% for simple possession, how can you say it's not a war with people in this country? Let me assure you, this is a war against the people of this country, some of whom fought in real wars to protect our freedoms. At least Mr. Pasco admits, we're going to continue to arrest the people of this country who use marijuana.
