Can Hydrogen peroxide be used in a bubbler cloner?

(I find the bottom of the stems of my cuttings turn darker as if they were going to rot and cuttings tend to wilt and die within 7 days into the cloner before they were able to root)
If I don't have access to a proper cloning solution, and all have is a Rootech cloning gel and some no name vitamin B1 rooting solution, will addling Rootech cloning gel 5 ml per gallon work like a cloning solution ?
Sorry for asking so many questions. I'm just not very experienced with cloning and it just seems a mystery that cuttings keeps wilting and dying on me.... :wtf:
