Is it time to Transplant yet??
I like to wait until the roots are large enough to hold the soil in place during transplant. I reason that when the soil is loose and it falls off the root hairs get ripped off with it. I also figure that crowded roots colonize the new soil more eagerly because they are that much more excited to get out of jail.
