grow room good enough??

hi i have quite a small grow box for 1 plant its height= 3ft 3" its depth= 1ft 4" and its width= 2ft 4". i a m using a cfl grow light its a huge thing (looks like a gatling gun) a 250w one and i am using 2 small fluoscent tubes, i have a 400w mh light and ballast but cant deal with the tempratures it raises.can i continue this way vegging or am i waisting my time without the mh light. anyone got ideas also on how i will be able to control temps with that size box?? here is a pic of how the plant looks so far, and a fairly crap picture of the lighting but just to give an idea of what i mean.

its a big enough setup for one plant maybe 2. If thats a female clone her to have 2. Now for your temps from your lighting what do you have for ventilation as fas as moving fresh air in and old air out? the lighting is plenty for one plant and you plant is looking healthy as far as i can see. Also have you sexed it yet to determin wether its male of female?

i didnt sex bought feminized seeds from amsterdam so just hoping all is good.. my temps stay ok with this lighting set up.. got 2 pc fans exhausting at top and one on the bottom for intake also have an oscilating fan inside for air movement.. am going to get some bathroom vents soon.

K so you have some venting issuses covered. Now a few things to ask and point out. Frist thing is ever think about doing a passive intake system for your ventilation? That might help to keep them temps steady cause it sounds like you just blowing hot air around. Now how many volts is your PC fans running off of? It might not be enough to pull all that hot air out. What are the temps when u have everything running? Is your MH air cooled? Also what genetics are you working with(

when i run everything as ive shown it usually stays between 70 & 80 degrees. but when i throw on the mh it soars up to 90 i wouldn let it pass that so it prob could get hotter..7.5 volts the fans run on. an my mh isnt air cooled. i was thinking of getting a glass panel to put under mh light and also use the fans in there to get hot air out faster.. what you mean genetics- type strain i got is it?? and whats the passive intake method??

So thats a total of 15volts and thats not enough to keep your cabinet cool with the MH on. Now the Glass will help obsorb some of the heat. but your best bet would be to go to wal-mart and pic up 2 small fans for your out-take cause the 2 pc fans wont do much. Now using them to take out heat from you lamp is a good idea just give them a test run and make sure they dont melt if there plastic. Now for the passive intake method. It consist of a bigger/or more then one fan on the top and keeping 1/2 the size hole (PVC or a big enough plastic bottles rigged up on the bottom). for example if you have a 6 inch fan on the top youd want a 3inch PVC on the bottom with no fan. That will create a "NEGITIVE AIRFLOW" which will cause a breeze inside along with pulling in fresh air in/out. Now i will take some pics here in a few of my passive intake i rigged up. But i have to give props to my fellow members here whom helped me

the frist pic is from my other grow box didnt want fumes (i have a screen to catch all the hair and what not, and the metal of the screen) in my current grow :P but the rest are from my current box.
