hey, i just moved to the South Loop of Chicago from Indianapolis, IN. they don' have medical marijuana yet, BUT On Wednesday (5/27/09) members of the Illinois Senate passed SB 1381, the Compassionate Use of Medical Cannabis Pilot Program Act. However, the House convened for its summer session without taking a floor vote on SB 1381. House members may decide to take up the issue later this fall or next spring.
