    Brown spots?

I'm not a hydro guy, so I don't even want to venture a guess, but if you fill out that troubleshooting form that's in my signature, you should get a much more detailed diagnosis.

I know I said I'm not a hydro guy , but I couldn't help but notice that your pH is pretty high for a hydro grow. I'm assuming your testing the pH of your nutrient solution and is where the 6.5 came from, but I think optimal pH for most hydro methods is 5.2. You should wait until someone with more experience in hydro can chime in, but it's something you might want to think about.

Also, if you're using distilled/RO water, you should also be using a product called CalMag Plus to replace the Mg, Fe, and Ca that has been filtered out. This might have something to do with those rusty blotches you're seeing.

    Brown spots?

Flush system. Clean with Dilute H202, Flush again. Check PPM of water. Add CalMag to bring base water to 250 PPM. 1/4 strength nutes adjusted to 5.5-5.8 ph. 85F is the upper limit for temp. At that age I keep PPM's of nutes around 350-400 (total). Def lower the ph. I grow in pure COCO, Modified hydro but it is so close to true hydro that the PH will apply to your grow too. Read what others are doing in the indoor grow section and search hydro/PH. Seems like leaves dont repair themselves from burn spots so watch new growth. Each grow is different as is each strain so make slow changes and adjust as needed. Good luck.

Yup! Heck that is an efficient response!
I would add that a from-seed plant that has been that badly stressed whilst young may never grow into the vigorous adult you are after. If after getting it on a correct feed schedule with the right mineral levels it doesn't seem to improve within a week, consider starting new seeds.
