Wierd! That's the second time today I've heard about cow tipping. A girl at work was talking about it. What is it, exactly? She said cows sleep standing up and you could push them over. True?

Well, first and foremost you have to be fucked up before you do it. Sort of a redneck rite of passage like snipe hunting. Ive done it like 3 times when I was a teenager cow tipping that is not snipe hunting, snipe hunting is something you only do one in your life.

Anyway, you get ripped with your friends then someone gets the bright idea to go cow tipping. Everyone piles in a truck or whatever transportation is handy drive the back roads until you find a suitable target (lots of cows) NO bulls, and nothing with horns just plain cows.

The main challenge of this ordeal is to be quiet and simultaneously deal with your idiot drunk friends, barbwire fences, sleeping ranchers (they donâ??t fuck around and they always have guns), and try not to wake up the damn cowâ?¦you can imagine the opportunity for calamity to happen.

However, its rare that cows are successfully tipped. Something always happens.

Sounds like it could be kind of funny, as long as the cow doesn't get hurt. Are they hard to push over? Do they wake up when they hit the ground? Do you wait until the corn as high as an elephants' eye?

I didn't know that...I could never harm an animal for drunken entertainment unless I'm going to eat it later.

Yes, I have the feeling those people here who claim to have done the act have never touched a cow before, and know nothing about how cows actually sleep.
