Fungis Attack! Off off!

So Basically my plant keeps getting attacked by fungis. This means my soil is rotten? Doesnt stink or look bad, and I just keep removing the fungis every 2 days.

Here are two pics.. What should I do? I am worried about transplanting since I completely gave it hardcore trauma and ripped off its roots, it managed to survive though; litterally tore off its huge trifecta roots.

And by the look of it, is this sativa or indica? or too soon to see?

just take em out as you see um emerge...next time you should sterilize your soil before use to avoid such mishappenings
