Yes it was meant to be humorous but also to the point. I know it wouldn't work in a court, but it would be the truth, and if we are supposed to take the president as being an honest person, we have to take him on his word. That he inhaled frequently. Saying such a thing in court is just pointing out the hypocracy. I don't forsee me getting busted again ever. But should I, and they enjoy doing what they do, have at it. It won't stop me once I got out of jail. And continuing to arrest adults who use cannabis responsibly medically or just for GP shows how hypocritical our country's leaders can be. :jointsmile:

New Defense I know it may sound off the wall to some, but the best defense you may have in a court if you are busted is to refer the court to the admission of the current president. President Obama admitted inhaling frequently as a youth. Since Barry won by nearly a landslide it should be a no brainer. Did anyone who is prosecuting you vote for Obama? Ask for a jury trial at their expense. Raise that question. Because if Barry had ever been busted as a youth, being of mixed race, he wouldn't be Rating: 5
