First off, anything you say someone else said is heresay and cannot be admmited in a court of law. Do you have any proof that the president actually smoked weed? I dont think so.. All you have is his own personal admission, and since he will not appear at your case, there is no way to admit that in to evidence.

Secondly, just becasue someone else gets away with something doesnt make it legal. If someone steals my car, does that make it legal for me to take my neighbors? Nope again..

And finally remember that he did not "get away" with anything, he was quite simply smart enough not to get caught. Be the same kind of smart and maybe you can be where he is one day.

New Defense I know it may sound off the wall to some, but the best defense you may have in a court if you are busted is to refer the court to the admission of the current president. President Obama admitted inhaling frequently as a youth. Since Barry won by nearly a landslide it should be a no brainer. Did anyone who is prosecuting you vote for Obama?
