New Defense
ROFL! Let me know how that goes.. Do you honestly think a judge is going to accept that as a valid argument? First off, anything you say someone else said is heresay and cannot be admmited in a court of law. Do you have any proof that the president actually smoked weed? I dont think so.. All you have is his own personal admission, and since he will not appear at your case, there is no way to admit that in to evidence.
Secondly, just becasue someone else gets away with something doesnt make it legal. If someone steals my car, does that make it legal for me to take my neighbors? Nope again..
And finally remember that he did not "get away" with anything, he was quite simply smart enough not to get caught. Be the same kind of smart and maybe you can be where he is one day.EmoRebellion Reviewed by EmoRebellion on . Ask for a jury trial at their expense. Raise that question. Because if Barry had ever been busted as a youth, being of mixed race, he wouldn't be Rating: 5
