Yes it was meant to be humorous but also to the point. I know it wouldn't work in a court, but it would be the truth, and if we are supposed to take the president as being an honest person, we have to take him on his word. That he inhaled frequently. Saying such a thing in court is just pointing out the hypocracy. I don't forsee me getting busted again ever. But should I, and they enjoy doing what they do, have at it.
