It will really be interesting to see how all of these turn out, as well as keeping up with those that found new homes. I've really tried to just check on them every few days, so I really notice the growth changes. They really have taken off since they made it into the ground; in fact, they're basically worry free now, with the exception of heavy rains knocking on them a bit more. Thanks for stopping in, Shake!

It's really nice having such a fun hobby. I'm glad to hear your husband has his own hobbies to give him something cool to do while you are occupied. What does he think about your hobby? Or, is he tinkering around so much because he's enjoying the results of your hobby? Thanks for the input and kind words, luna!

I've been reading up on outdoor grows, particularly as it relates to the hot & arid climate I live in.
McT, I was just in your log, and almost mentioned my climate in response to one of your last posts. It's exceptionally hot and humid where I am. I'm not sure of how arid your location is, but I would guess as long as your plants are started/become adapted to the outdoors, they should become acclimated enough to survive. I agree with your comments, you should find a strain that grows well in your region. As hot and humid as it is here, the 3 - now 7 - strains that I have grown/am growing seem to be doing just fine, and I didn't bother to check into each strain's genetics.

Good luck to you should you venture outside, my friend!
