Hey i recently baught some creadrive dietary suppliment from the local GNC and just have a quick question

The suppliment facts states that there is 5.25g of Creatine Monohydrate per serving, now.. it is my understanding taht takeing a creatine suppliment several days before a drug test along with proper dilution practices can help to pass a urin drug test.

This suppliment is in powder form, i am just wondering how many servings per day would be a good amount to injest. ((not sure how many "mg" of creatine are in 1 "g"))
