UNDER SECTION 11357(e) (FOR PRIMARY CAREGIVER) WHO CAN EXPLAIN WHAT
You have to qualify for the definition of a "caregiver" without the pot! You must give care to the person- take them to doctor's appointments, tend their daily needs, etc. or you don't qualify.
