Does the Nitrogen, Phosphorus, or Pattassium matter in growing outdoor plants is soil ? If so what should they be ? Thanks

nitrogen phosphorus and potassium would matter even if you grew plants on mars.. lol. It's the same as indoors.. doesnt change. High Nitrogen during veg. high phosphorus during flowering with alot less Nit.
