Supposedly those peat pots are a no go. They don't deteriorate like they should. I'd recommend just planting the seed with the tap root straight into your medium. Not a big pot though, start small and work up to the 5 gallon buckets.

Also....that FF may be a little too harsh for seedlings. May need something organic to start then transplant in the FF.
