This has seldomly been an issue, but there is one time that comes to mind. one of my friends had some family come in from NY and they were looking to get a little smoke. I told them I could get a half nickel for $25 or a nickel for $50. they looked @ me like I was crazy! after a few minutes of discussion, I realized a "nickel" to them meant something completely different.
